Kristen Hinshaw, of Richmond, Performs in the The University of Findlay's Jazz Ensemble Spring Concert

Kristen Hinshaw, of Richmond, recently performed in the The University of Findlay's Jazz Ensemble Spring Concert.

The ensemble performed several selections from the Glenn Miller Orchestra Library. Other selections included "Spain" by Chick Corea; "Birdland" by Weather Report and Manhattan Transfer; and "Afro Blue" and "Naima" by John Coltrane.

Under the direction of Jack Taylor, professor of music, the band played a variety of music for big band from classic music of the swing era to more recent selections.
